Around 50% Cheaper Than A New Roof
Coatings are not as disruptive or costly as a traditional full roof replacement.
Save on labor without having to tear off your old roof
Can be applied on top of your existing roof
Federal tax rebates, tax credits and deduction
Could potentially earn you a federal tax credit when considered as a maintenance cost.
Save on utility bills
Reflective roof coatings can 'reflect' heat, meaning it can help keep your building cooler and require less air conditioning. This can add up annually!
Durable to the elements
Strength of coatings can hold up to some of the most serious storms from Mother Nature. By withstanding powerful storms, it means it is less likely you will need to spend on repairs or even a new roof after a severe storm, saving you money.
How long will it take to replace my commercial roof?
Several factors will determine how fast or slow your new commercial roof will be installed. First, the kind of roof you have will largely influence this. Does it have multiple layers? Then, other factors come into consideration: such as the scope of the project, how large your roof is, what material is being put on, etc. Is it a roof repair, replacement or restoration project? Lastly, weather also plays a crucial role in determining whether the roof installation will be completed on-time as sometimes Mother Nature requires a project to be re-scheduled.
When should I replace my commercial roof?
If your roof is aging and worn out, then it may need to be replaced. As a roof ages, it becomes more brittle and vulnerable to storm damage. Older roofs may not be candidates for roof repair as a patch repair may hold for only a short period of time. If we can not guarantee that a roof repair will extend the life of your roof for a reasonable period of time, it may be time for a full roof replacement. However, not all roofs require full replacement - your roof may be a candidate for roof restoration, which can be as much as 50% less than a traditional replacement.
What should I look for in a commercial roofing company?
When searching for a quality roofing contractor, you should consider: previous customer reviews/references, gallery/photos, experience, warranty offered, price, and quality of materials proposed. Price should not be the only factor in your consideration, as the cheapest option may not always be the best option (the cheapest option could even end up being the most expensive long-term option). Quality and reliability of the contractor are two of the most important factors to consider.
How long can a new roof last?
This can depend on the type of roofing system that you decide to have installed. The lifespan of your roof is also influenced by local factors such as climate, environment, weather, as well as other factors such as the material quality, roofing contractor's craftsmanship and proper application to manufacturer guidelines. We can discuss this in your estimate, along with all warranty information.
I think I have storm damage, what now?
Do you think your commercial flat roof was damaged by a wind storm, or recent hail storm? Do you have water-spots or leaks developing after a recent storm? Not all storm damage is blatantly visible and can be difficult to detect to the untrained eye. We specialize in hail and wind damage roof restoration and can provide you a free, no-obligation storm damage roof inspection. If we find hail or wind damage, we can help review your options with you and explain the extent of your storm damage to your property.
Roof Restoration or Roof Replacement?
Not all commercial flat roofs, metal roofs and low slope roofs require full roof replacement. We offer roof coatings that allow us to apply a coating to your roof, restoring it which can provide financial savings and superior waterproofing. Roof restoration can extend the life of your existing roof without a disruptive roof replacement, but not all roofs are candidates. We can discuss this during your inspection.
